Dr. Praba Jeyalingam, commonly referred to as Dr. Jey, is a Gynecologic Surgeon with Fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery and competency in complex robotic surgery. She provides treatment for services such as uterine fibroids, polyps, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, hysterectomy, tubal reversal and essure coil removal.
Dr. Jey completed her residency at the University of Buffalo – Sisters of Charity Hospital.
In her spare time Dr. Jey enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

What can a patient expect when they have you as their doctor?
Patients are often referred to me for surgical management – patients can expect a full consultation- reviewing history, previous studies, physical exam, assessment and discussion regarding all available options. I work closely with the patient’s primary GYN provider to assure appropriate care and communication

Communication and recognizing that to build trust.
What part of being a doctor/surgeon do you feel is the most rewarding?
It’s a privilege to be able to offer a minimally invasive surgical approach to improve a patient’s pelvic health.
